Fifteen years ago, The Benefit Coordinators had the privilege of being invited to Saint Thomas to assist United States Postal Service employees. That opportunity grew into annual visits to Saint John and Saint Croix, where we continue helping Postal employees better understand their benefits, retirement options, life insurance choices, and future income needs.

I called Melinda at the urgency of my co-worker who works with her.

She reviewed my new hire packet, explained all the working benefits I have. We talked about my future plans for retirement. She was easy to understand and talk with, no matter how many questions I asked. She ensured I understood how my benefits work, now and when I reach retirement age.

I had very little time to complete my retirement paperwork due to a medical condition that forced me to retire after 23 years. Melinda completed the retirement paperwork correctly and quickly which allowed me to retire ASAP.
